For some reason, I'm moving extremely fast when crouched and ADS. I don't have any Ninjutsu perks. I have Gundancer, but that only removes the speed penalty for ADS, but even when I'm standing, I move faster ADS. I'm at 50 Headhunter and have 30% faster crouch speed, but that doesn't explain the ADS boost. This occurs out of combat as well. I don't have any cyberware that increases speed while ADS nor do I know of anything like that.

This was an interesting encounter. The reinforcement waves spawned by They Will Remember seemed delayed by a fair amount. The combat music kept playing, but it took a while for the enemies to appear. Also despite fighting Sixth Street, for some reason Militech troops were spawned in to help. Be aware that enemy time to kill is reduced (i.e., guns feel like they're in a more realistic place), but the same goes for V. A level 60 V with tier 5++ cyberware in every slot can still be flatlined pretty quickly, and things like close-range shotguns, a lucky sniper, or close grenade have the potential for one-hit kills.
