I was able to use Cog and Saro to decimate the already existing enemies on that side. By the third turn, there was virtually no on left in the first location I hit, and no zipline. I also used Ra'akhti's bird to eat dead bodies and give that stacking bonus to defense to everyone, as well as Saro's telekinetic shield. I also used leg shots to slow down the Commissar so he barely had a chance to contribute.The adds from the remaining zipline were way the fuck up the other end of the building and didn't contribute to the fight at all. By the time I got to them they were so demoralized they were just shooting each other.It's important not to get bogged down at the first zipline. That was my first strategy, but I just ended up cornered by the gunship and picked off by the snipers. It's important to move ot the centre ground once you have eliminated the first zipline, so you have room to move

Idira’s problem is that she isn’t likable enough to inspire sympathy. I feel a distant sort of pity for her but I don’t feel too strongly either way. Yes, she was abused and taken advantage of by Theodora, she’s probably doomed and suffers visions, but she smokes and drinks and creates major problems that endanger herself and others. She doesn’t really express any desire to change and she doesn’t inspire confidence. I think giving her a romance would go a long way in developing her character and give the player more of a reason to care, but I’m glad they opted not to because I think that would cause the story to focus too much on your predecessor

DAI handled that fine. But then you can also have parties like in DA2 or DOS2 or BG3 where everyone is incredibly horny for everything all the time and it's so ubiquitous that it'd feel downright to meet a character who had hang-ups about who or what they were sleeping with.
I wonder how many people let her shoot idira thinking they would just revive her after the battle or some other non-permenent outcome.
