Last night I entered a third Loathsome Mire and decided to screenshot the map overlay to save the layout, ran into another this morning and did the same. I knew the trick to it was to follow the direction the blood is flowing because it's the same trick in PoE1, but I didn't know that the layout was actually so extremely linear if you know that it's mostly a straight line to the exit. Also I'm wondering if it's actually consistent that it always goes top left, or if I've just been lucky all 4 times I've found one so far. Random extra thing, but I timed how long it took me to run straight from the start to the exit in the last one and it was 23 seconds with werewolf shapeshift, 30ms boots, and a chase rune socketed in them. I think I'm done for now, I've completed everything but the atlas. It's the first time I've ever done any real end game content since metamorph league. I used to quit every time I get to maps, reach 90-95 with 5-15 div worth of gear, now I managed to craft a 100div with around 200div worth of gear. Maps should be smaller imo, and the league mechanincs should be 20-30% quicker.
