Event chaos has distortion adaptation which lets your teams have boosted stats and signature partners. The downside is that you probably can’t get the best equips in your save data for the character if you run event chaos. You need to go to Zero System > pick the chaos with the gear you want in the data > merge and add Persona cards to make it seasonal or if you want S2/S1 stuff. You get two free merges every day and yes you can delegate in those too but you should do it manually to make better choices as whatever merge event you chose happens less frequently than in the appropriate chaos.

The game relies on you doing a lot of grinding to build up plenty of characters gear.It's the main reason why i had to drop it.
