Try “Bloodlines” and “Flesh and Steel.” Flesh and Steel in particular is cool if you’re interested in “day to day” Ad Mech within the Imperium. Of course there’s also the Eisenhorn and Ravenor Omnibuses for some good classic Inquisitor space spooks stuff. One of the most famous series. If you’re looking for some more Rogue Trader like the Shira Calpurnia “Enforcer” Omnibus follows a female Arbites Officer and the entire second book focuses on the clusterfuck around the succession of a Rogue Trader warrant of trade. The third book is set on an astropath station on the edge of the system and is full of sanctioned pallets being weird creepy fucks. Also great.
