He's one of the protagonists who is quickest to jump to fighting, and he's one of the few who is explicitly trying to kill you from the start. Most of them just want to rough you up. Copen, in comparison, is laid back and its clear his fight isn't to the death. He also actually talks to you and tries to figure out what's going on instead of jumping to accusations.
