I really don't know about this game being the next big thing at this point. It feels like valve is really floundering at this point, pretty much everyone I know who played this game has quit in the last month and don't plan on coming back. The urn changes alone made at least 3 of them quit, and I don't blame them. This game's balance and the economy side of things is just so fucked, the shooting mechanics are continuously watered down, and it's questionable as to who the target market for this game even is. Yup. Usually play on the SA servers but they threw me in NA. Gotta say, had a pretty good time if not for the high ping. You guys are better at communicating and also the game felt more active overall, since SA is a lower skill region. That being said we still lost the match because our entire team was screaming at my top soul shiv to go mid but he refused to defend a walker from troopers, leading them to get midboss, kill all of us and the walker he was protecting so stuff like that still happens

Made a gun shiv and sharing my process Choose Spellslinger as the core, shiv needs some sort of reload solution with the m2 and spellslinger is the option that recurrs most oftenSpellslinger leads into some other choices for near core. Actives count for spellslinger stacks so you want a lot of them, if you have a lot then Transcendent is very goodSpellslinger/Transcendent are both are t4 which exceeds the 4.8k spike. I keep at least 1 category limited to the spike which leaves vit as the only choice. It does feel bad not leveraging his above average hp scaling but bloodletting can work in a compensatory way. With a low vit spellslinger shiv, movement is even more important so Stam mastery is chosen.The other important shop investment threshold is 9.6k, this is where the stat per soul efficiency significantly diminishes. For gun and spirit, i have 3.2k in each category to hit the cliff, for vit I have 1600.I also do not yet have any actives so they will be priority with emphasis on the lower cool down options.For vit I only have 2 choices, gaurdian ward and return fire. Return fire is half the cooldown so its choosen.For gun i choose fleetfoot and recharging rush, fleet is an active and movement to compensate our low vit, recharging rush gives us additional daggers for additional spellsling stacksFor spirit I choose Rusted barrel, spirit sap, and extra charge. Rusted barrel and spirit sap have the lowest cds out of the available actives and can be cast from a distance(good because low vit). Extra charge is another dagger for another stackSome alternatives that I think are good, warp stone over Return fire, lower cd, a little more expensive. Cold front over spirit sap, more shiv core if your used to it, higher cd and higher risk because you need to be closeThe build is now 9.6k/9.6k/4.8k with items for every stage of the game and a endgame vision. After completing this then you just buy t4 gun items and maybe sell your return fire for unstoppable
