Ruina's biggest strength never was it's combat. It's the deckbuilding and freedom you had to make up your own nugget of mass destruction. Some people may hate it but I think that's what made it stand out. Although not entirely 1:1, Limbus shows that Ruina without the things I mentioned wouldn't make for a fun game.
