Even if they give it the Ring treatment where they start with a lot of count, they can never work because you still need to keep gaining and consuming charge until you reach 5 potency (the cap for most of the charge IDs). And even there, the reward not worth it. Having a lot of coins and rolling high is no longer viable. Hell, we even have Poise IDs using their Poise in the exact same way you'd use Charge, except they also get the +20% boost on crits, and they don't get the drawback that IDs like W Don have when using their S3s without the required count
