So it looks like A6 Ange is not completely powercrept because shes lets most DPS hit 3 times at their strongest. The pull rebate stuff on TW is weird. They have this new voucher thing called the "contract feedback voucher" that costs NT$ 340 which for comparison the monthly pack costs NT$ 150. It 5 rebate tickets for 5.2.1 immediately followed by 8 for when 5.2.1 hits and those tickets can only be used on the 5.2.1 banner and if you don't use them they turn into standard tickets. The voucher also gets you 10 tickets for 5.2.2 and 15 for 5.3.1. So total value wise it's like 38 pulls split among multiple banners and it will cost about $12 I assume based on the price. On TW it's a little risky because they don't know what's coming and next but it would potentially build pity if you're willing to risk throwing rebates into banners you don't care for like Miku or whoever.
