You should try to make a team of one personality color to start out with since with 6 of one personality you get +66% HP and attack. The personality selector gacha is really good for that. Depressed or Vivacious are the easy mode first teams to get through Crusade since they don't have an actual weakness. But ultimately Jubee urself and you'll get to the same destination eventually. You aren't going to brick your account ranking up Rudd if you want to.
