Support dolls benefit from their element Unity to make other dolls of the same element make more damage. You won't have enough flower or flower exp to max everyone regardless so focus on your most used dolls, find the best possible set up which also keeps all passive active and then forget about going back to optimize it until 2 or 3 months have passed since
