What is this general’s consensus on goat format?
Judging by Enlisted's effect, the Angelechy queen is most likely going to banish on-summon or only on the opponents turn, since that is the piece you want to replace a pawn the most with. Also if I had to guess, her S/T effect (if she has one) will be either a negate (since she's the strongest piece) or a Special Summon from the S/T Zones (since, due to being the strongest piece, you want her in action the most).

I'm pretty sure out of the three main tri-type archetypes you're meant to splash Ragnaraika is somehow even worse than Ryu-Ge since that can at least serve a function of playstarters. Ragnaraika on the other hand is mildly middling extenders that barring Plantslop, which cares the least about it, has no way to bridge into Evil Seed/Continuous Spell because inexplicably despite all its Links it only has a reborn of ARCHETYPAL monsters that hyperxenolock you and a trap searcher
It's kinda funny how Mitsu is probably one of the most egregious examples of "Mediocre Type gets meta deck that theoretically plays nicely with the rest of it that you just slop up because there is literally NOTHING the rest of type offers". The only non-TCG exclusive Reptile you even touch in Mitsurugi was Feral Imps.
