Here is my research to the crashing so far.Shader compiling causes crashes, sometimes it even crashes the driver itself, not just game, I even had a blue screen.The league mechanic causes crashes, even walking near it may crash.Every time you crash it starts shader compiling again.If you crash on top of league mechanic you should run away from it and let the shader compile finish.Next thing I'm going to try is to put limits on the shader compiling process with process lasso.
