i'm 268 and 30% as a f2p, would be 270 if i had done mpe and epic dungeon already. 260 is easy since erel gets some exp tickets for free and there are 2 mag pots available from summer countdown and althea. the rest is dailies, 100k mobs and 3 especia chests during the 3x boost. so basically just grind for a few hours and get lucky to hit 270 on week 1 as a f2p. as a p2w you could do that on day 1 with just the free rewards and dailies.

Scouter is the assumption of specific standards in boss uptime/class uptime. It can swing either way.
If you're anything less than extremely confident with your mechanics, 120% is usually the safe spot to aim at. It leaves you plenty of room to make some mistakes, while still providing challenge.

It's completely wrong for kanna. You can do just about any boss at around 80% scouter because of how abnormally strong the class burst is. Hayato does the same but gets completely fucked in the ass by bosses with too many segments because it may force a burst when unnecessary.

check out maplemaps.net, should give you a rough estimate when you input your stuff like event, HS, janus and such

The game needs a giga-crunch of the entire 1-260 process at this point, every event comes with at least a tera burn and a blink, usually a hyper. Just cut the early shit, make it all level scaling like the 30-50 theme dungeons are, except it's all 30-260 so I can go relive my nostalgia and do LHC maps or sit in SDH like a sweat or, you know, whatever else I want. That's the only way they could feasibly bring in new players, let them explore.
