Well add on that they clearly had a radical shift in what they wanted to do with Varlamore given that the original Varlamore NPC was a Solaire knockoff, not some weird aztec-roman hybrid thing. It's clear the aztec stuff came in way later, probably because some fags on the art team thought it would be cool and multicultural.
I don't think it's terrible, but it's just way too obvious that the Roman stuff is something they begrudgingly kept because they'd promised Fortis way ahead of time.
They should have committed to it and went hard on the aztec theme and just renamed the colosseum to the Xohochitlonichthl Arena or whatever Aztec sounding bullshit they wanted.

At 35, I finally found the game I’ve been looking for all my life.

I’ve recently started playing Old School RuneScape, and it’s absolutely magnificent. I never understood what "love at first sight" meant until I logged into this game.
I feel a bit bitter that I didn't discover this years ago. I’m 35 now, and looking back, it feels like World of Warcraft took up all my attention during my younger years. Eventually, I grew tired of it, and my path led me to Albion Online. As much as I enjoyed the sandbox experience there, it actually ended up being the bridge that finally brought me to Gielinor.
It’s strange to say, but after all these years of searching, I finally feel like I’m home. I know there is a ton of content waiting for me ahead, but I would really appreciate any tips or advice for a newcomer like me. Does anyone else have a similar story of finding OSRS late in life?

P.S. This is my first time posting on 4chan, lol. Also, I’ve only recently started learning English, so I’m using a translator to write this. Please bear with me if my grammar is a bit off!
