As others have said, it's the top weapon for other characters too and it works just as well for Serena without having to fuck with the mod setup. You could also get away with Whirlwind, eye of the typhoon for mobbing with last dagger and recently reworked Albion Calvary gun for single target. Kings guard lance and restored relic are options too but I personally don't use them anymore when other options are just as good or better.
