Nocturne is one of the most frequently purchased and played champions by new players according to Riot but nearly all of them drop him within the first 10 games or so. There is nothing there. He used to be able to proc his spellshield on dragon for extra attack speed but I'm not certain that even works anymore. There is just no motion whatsoever. He is a putrid waste of his thematic and it is a miracle riot's never given him so much as a mid-scope update to make him slightly more interesting.

Brand is another champion I believe it is absolutely pointless to learn. If you can aim a basic skillshot you can play Brand as well as a guy with 900 games on Brand.
