TBC improved WoW in every aspect and its no coincidence that all so-called classic+ servers out there are copying it. Hate it or love it, but TBC still felt like it was the same game as original WoW. Wrath is already fundamentally different game from Vanilla/TBC and it shows. Apart from xmogs, all the features of retail are already present there with the mountmogcheevos-system firmly in place, heroic raids and Dungeon Finder being a thing. Wrath was also the expansion that began adding cutscenes to the game. That's not to say that Wrath is bad game since it's fun. It's just different game from Vanilla/TBC and caters for different audience
