I honestly feel like the "Susie's home life is shit" part of the "the stress of everything is getting to her badly so she's sinking even further into delusion by sleeping in Castle Town" plot point would hit harder if we'd actually gotten a glimpse of what her home life is like. It's all but confirmed she lives at the apartments and we MIGHT'VE seen what her room looks like with that Chapter 3 cutscene but other than that we only get vague hints like her knowing how to clean blood stains.
