I now this is just a schizo theory, but despite all the evidence of Deltarune being a prequel, does anyone else get the feeling that it's setting up a reveal that Ralsei is actually Flowey? Think about it. Flowery is able to arbitrarily set all his stats, plus him and all the flowers have objects instead of numbers. The fight against the Roaring Knight shows Ralsei's stats probably aren't fake, yet Ralsei seems to believe he could destroy everything if he stopped holding back. He's also aware stats can be arbitrarily set. This got me thinking. If Flowey ended up in a dark world, he would likely look like Asriel. The fact he has magic would also mean that unlike Flowery, his stats wouldn't be completely arbitrary. He (and likely all flowers) would also have the ability to exist in any dark world since he wouldn't truly be a darkner, plus he's a special case since he has a fully formed consciousness of his his own.

Where Mew Mew falls short is that she doesn't really tell us anything about shadow crystals or the nature of the world that we didn't already know

When the knight kills Flowery, he changes how he sees things. He held back against the knight out of respect for his rules and the prophecy which is his religion. He probably won't do that next time
