Agreed with all the other expansion points, there was always trust building and wanting to connect but never complete with those examples, and I think that holds true for DT as was shown to us. Their final "I understand now, I truly do" also comes in the final confrontation with Queen Eternal, at her death.

Take the most interesting aspect of the zones from part 1, the war between the mamook and the other dudes. And when it's time to talk to the lizards about it, they are tonally inconsistent. The failings in that sidelining ended up coming in the form of grevious inaction later (for me).You're definitely allowed to not like the themes too, to be honest I was a little bored and wary about the concept of DT until they previewed S9 and it made me so curious about everything. It gives me a lot of heart that remnants of a reflection managed to survive on their own and I hope that some others did too. That excitement carries over to Evercold, I can't wait to see the people of the Fourth.
