Toby's writing has become kinda pretentious. In hindsight a lot of the survey stuff is him just smugposting at people wanting the story to go a particular way that feels more natural than his forced ship. That combined with how even some of the campy jokes this chapter like Ralsei's hat came off as almost bitter in their repetition I worry about the future of the game.

hello please get on my 'susie is a darkner' train- her light counterpart is the drawing of a dragon under dess's bed (which is muave in the book traced from)- said book is 7 years overdue, we know this is the date of the first fountain, dark world, and the date dess disappears- susie simply has no parents, been homeless/shitty shelters for the last 7 years, wandered back into town and got listed back into school by toriel, explains why she flips out with glee on being given her own room in the dark world- her soul is merged with dess's (a lightner) the same way PINK and spamton NEO merged - this is how she can live in the light world, and why she bleeds, what I can't explain is how the strings came into play. this also implies that susie may have a shadow crystal, but I couldn't tell you what the 'lost dream' was - she has aspects of dess that are impossible to ignore, she's punkish, plays the drums (which are in dess's cupboard) and her theme is a guitar (and is literally named s_neo in the files, basically susie_neo) Look how well she fits in to dess's room with colour matching. she even sits down besides the bed by the pillows, not ON the bed, as if she's done it a thousand times before. And maybe the reason noelle and susie like each other is because they feel the sisterly love, but don't understand it for what it is- the room we see in the 'darker than darker' scene is asriels empty college room, he's a big fan of reptiles, dinosaus and dragons (yoshi reference)- catti, when seeing susie, calls her 'the twin beasts' and 'an invader, a dark force'-when susie asks 'which dragon blazers character am I?' gerson replies 'the dragon, of course'- when buying ice cream from fucking SANS. The two "real" endings that two happen by "fulfilling a prophecy" (that's explicitly stated by a historian who's as long lived as Asgore to be made up by monsters wishing for a better future) and "emptying the underground" whether you do that by killing everyone or not befriending everyone
If September 15th 1997 really is the year Dess went missing, it fucks up the chronology by implying Deltarune takes place in the early to mid 2000s since they act like Dess disappeared only a few years ago.They reference Among Us and the technology is late 2010s at best.
