Wait, I must have misinterpreted a choice. So I'm in the route that where>Kill Eito>Stay at the school, after which Gaku gets murderedI just got the choice to do the Killing Game Invader Hunt thingy. Kinda the unfortunate thing about there being so many endings meant that I didn't feel that pressured about the outcome, but the wording of the choice made me think that the Invader Hunt would be hunting down the enemy commanders, since from "our" perspective they're the invaders? But after I did that choice Takumi and everyone else are talking about killing each other. Now, it's not much a big deal, since, like I said, being able to freely just collect endings takes away a bit of the tension. I'm just confused.

Anyone mind throwing me a hint for the Shouma murder case? I have a good idea about the "how", but I was thrown for a loop when the game said I should know the "who" as well. My guess was that it was Tsubasa since she just happened to be positioned outside of the water blast when Takumi tested the fountain, and then she knew a lot of the specs of the courtyard's cages and atmospheric controls, which would have given her the means to do it, but that was of course incorrect.No wait, damn. I'm gonna keep the previous text there for posterity, but I accidently read the choice description from the chapter select screen and that spoiled what choices lead to different routes. Eva? One thing that's funny to me, is that the Paragon of War dragon boss is 100% beatable without the plot contrivance if you have Yugamu and Nozomi, since Yugamu has the big damage debuff and the bleed ticks happen after he loses the armor stacks, and Nozomi has the heal. It would take 40 turns, which definitely be a pain in the ass, but quite easy.

It's nice if the optimal order of completion falls in your lap, but it's also probably more trouble than its worth going out of your way to force it without knowing what all the decisions mean. Especially how the decisions in this game have so many unexpected outcomes. For example, in the Coming of Age route, I don't think it's incorrect to say that absorbing Nozomi's hemoanima is the most logical decision, and there's no way of knowing that the Power of Friendship(TM) was on the table and that the better choice was actually to not sacrifice her. Curious why you think getting this ending before others in particular is a shame though. Planning on cleaning up most if not all of the Box of Calamity stuff before moving on.
