The best way to tell how good your seed is how good your rewards on friend pulls and anomaly intercept. SSR on a friend pull generally means a good seed, so you’re more likely to win your mold rolls and get good pulls on banner. Just never keep throwing pulls in if you’re going a long time without an SSR or good rock rolls. When you hear about people going 100+ pulls without an SSR they’ve blown their stash on a bad seed, while if you’re getting say 5 SSR units off 7 multis that means you should probably roll gear and open molds that login session too. Seed seems to be determined on a per login basis, but I use the daily intercept and friend points to gauge so it’s not “free” to test more than once a day.
