Turn 1 Hong and Faust will always use his ego and she will use a counter to stop you from hitting him. He will be fast but that's why we got pigritia or you can make another ID really fast the turn prior (say Heath's bodysack, YiSang's crow's eye view etc.) The lord is extremely fragile and he will be fragile to whatever sin and atk type you chose on the first stage too. An AOE blunt ego is your best choice for it as they cannot redirect that if it targets him. If you can kill him on turn 1 then do it as long as he doesn't get the ego off he will die next turn to his own tarnished blood. Peccas will only use EGOs if attacked otherwise, they will keep using normal skills. If you can let one or two attacks through then do it.
