PvE is changed too for a lot of the dungs and M+, some dungs with challanges will require that you have a starcaller healer. they are also very good in PvP for any of the ranged specs, they can shoot from 45 yards away and just kite shit non stop, but suffer from movment CC bad. they have counters and they also counter a lot. you will see people playing "ohh this is the best spec/class" while doing RDF, but they shit themselves on single target, same with lower level pvp specs that 1 shot stuff like runemaster, but at higher level they fall off because of the limited kit.
