They could have released Ruby, Sapphire, Mathilda, Eleanor or the other maids but instead all of the good characters are stuck on NPC jail and they keep releasing random hags no one cares about. Alot of the stories are disjointed anyways so there shouldn't be any issue with releasing some of the characters above earlier. There is also a bit of dissonance with how they market the game. They market the game with vids, ADs and merch of the cunnies and hebes but if you play the game they just release hags most of the time. It's like they know what clicks with the playerbase but refuses to capitalize on it. Lastly they follow hoyo's slow pace when it comes to releasing new characters despite the 3D models and animations in this game looking way more low-effort. BA for example released Armed Himari, Armed Rio, B.Aris, Kei back to back for Anni meanwhile we only got Otoha which I skipped. We'll just keep accumulating a mountain of NPC jails with how slow this game release new characters not to mention some of them being alts.
