A lot of it is mostly the same which kinda makes sense since Black Space become kind of a dumping ground of sorts for cut stuff. Interesting that the Basil playground kill was originally in the forest, and the old version of the saving Basil sequence just literally being taking him out of Black Space and not having the Neighbor's Bedroom and Headspace reset. Also I've always found the "Other Othermart" strangely eerie, I think a lot of it is that it's basically the only map in Headspace/Black Space that's almost entirely identical to the real location, it gives that feeling of "wrongness" being there as Omori and it being completely empty. Plus the droning noise in the background.
