Though this can now be solved with Appearance Creator mod, where i'd be able to disable all of her components, save the appearance, favorite it, and have her load in completely invisible. An invisible character and the right pose can let you place and animate guns you cant normally spawn with amm, Webm. So i recorded 1 video of Male V with a nude Panam. And the Second video with my V after Swapping that special spawned version of Panam with V, and despawning my V. the hard part was going drawing a mask over my V as panam so that the male V in the video below, in the video editors timeline, could become visible. Then going frame by frame to adjust the mask so the real panam from the male video wasnt visible. I also did this in the Portishead Halloween video at the end when the door opens. Each frame the door opens wider, and the mask adjusts to remove what is actually there, so instead you see a picture of multiple V's edited together.

I don't know how long it takes for enemies to become aware so that you can't get stealth attacks on them or if they need to be alerted and aggro'd to you in particular, but you can get through a lot of the game without any guns and only two kinds of quickhacks. Not even any ultimate hacks. Just short circuit and cyberware malfunction if you want the damage boost from whatever that perk is that increases combat hack damage if an enemy is affected by a control hack.
