based on my initial and extremely amateur testing, it doesnt seem worth it to dick around with dots as a crusader templar. technically, if played PERFECTLY, prioritizing condemn and blade of faith can put you 10-20 dps over prioritizing righteous lunge and chastise, but that assumes no movement, no mistakes, no cc and is frankly just a pain in the fucking ass compared to how simple righteous lunge and chastise spam isso barring any competing information, if youre a crusader templar, just spam lunge and chastise and every time warrior of dawn procs, smack argent blade and then scarlet hammer if youre high enough level for that to be enabled. rotate libram of consecration and libram of fervor when they off cdthen again i dont have the talent that gives a 10% chance for a 5 energy refund on every dot damage but i get the feeling that thats too little to make a difference

AMA about your class or a tank class you are interested in, I think I can give a brief review from healer perspective and general dps meter watching.Standout sleeper class that surprised me: Templar tank. The damage staggering mechanic and its kit is perfect for adhd hyper pulls. Healing these guys is super smooth and easy and they never needed babysitting, and they also giga pumped.

So low level venos in scaling random dungeons were not performing very well compared to tardcleave melee.

I've played Venomancer to 12, Cultist to 12, Knight to 12, and now I'm going to wind up playing Sun Cleric to 12, all because I can't make up my mind on what kind of tank I wanna playI like the idea of summoning pets as part of tanking that Knight has going, I like the Cultist's IM FUCKING INVINCIBLE vibe with giant shields and defenses everywhere, I like the poison dots Venomancer tanking has, and now I want to try Sun Cleric tank because I assume it's going to be the closest to Vanilla Paladin where I can be a pseudo-healer as well as a tankAny Clericbros know what I'm going to be in for?
