To get this glory, you socket in living lightning and repulsion into blasphemy so that you can auto-trigger (with additional chaos damage to minions somewhere) constant glory gen off of any stray hit, then you activate Avatar of Chayula (with dominion up maybe, I don't remember) to turn those random hits into very strong chaos tornados. It's good enough for deli mostly, and you use Brutus Sprinklers to scale damage I believe. There's a video up on youtube for Chonk Autobomber, it looks reliable.
