Riot said bruisers work good in botlane. Players just aren't committing to figure out how to make it work in SoloQ because double mage/mage-enchanter is a safer option, but the moment there are good picks you'll see both mages and ADCs get destroyed by bruisers.And to me it doesn't even mean that either bruisers or mages or whatever are intrinsically broken, to me it means that players are closed minded and Riot isn't open to variety. Removing lane swap because of proplay was already telling.

What am I supposed to do as a jungler if all my lanes int? I keep seeing people say jungler is the most important role, but I can't do anything if the enemy laners can easily 1v2 me. Even if I ignore them and try for objectives they can easily stop me just by showing up. It's very frustrating, I just had a match where the 6-0 enemy mid just lived in my jungle because my mid was a non-factor.

The fix for mages botlane is making towers and objectives durable again. No extra damage that scales of AP. That's a fair trade for cheesing lanephase.
