He knows what the prophecy says will happen, he knows how to solve all the puzzles and fight all the enemies, but he doesn't know what exactly happens if you sequence break the prophecy, just that it's possible. If he knew then he'd just tell you to try to dissuade you from doing it, he knows the player does things just to see what happens.

No one talks about how Chapter 5 confirmed that monsters biologically have hearts because Susie and Noelle hear each other’s heartbeats.Also, Susie and Noelle only have 4 fingers. All of Susie’s animations with fingers shown are 4 fingers, and when Susie grabs Noelle’s hand in the candy thing by accident, she only mentions “3 hairy fingers”.
