For both mutant cells, I am using electric cohesion and def neutralization.Mods is pretty much the same as crit skill bunny since most of your damage comes from skill dmg. For trigger module, I use electric display for constant ammo reload and mp recovery. Electric link for transc mod, which enables the entire build. You can pick any gun, but thunder cage is the easiest one to work with. The new machine gun is also really good since it has unlimited ammo.

RNG descendant mods, which can scale your power immensely. You don't need to worry too much about them, until you feel like you're back in the game.
