DBD TRVTHNVKE: "Killer anxiety" is 100% an ego issue.When you queue up as Killer, you’re stepping into this 1v4 "power role" where you expect to perform well. The anxiety doesn't actually come from the game's mechanics more of it comes from the fear of having your ego bruised in front of four other people. It’s the fear of looking silly or getting into long chases and losing the game.Once you let go of the ego and accept that you are going to get outplayed and lose sometimes until you improve, the anxiety pretty much evaporates. You just have to stop caring so much about what four random anonymous survivors think of your skill level.

I think a lot of the game's problems come from the fact that it's easy to just get one person out early and snowball. I think the survivors should have 12 lives shared as a team rather than individual hook states, once you get hooked the hook timer is like 30 seconds before you get sacrificed, and then the survivor side loses a life and you respawn on the other side of the map from the killer. You'd have to adjust generator times and perks and stuff to account for always having 4 survivors up but I think doing it this way would make the game a lot healthier and cure the whole going next and giving up problem

just had a match where survivors would camp both tables and pop them 1 by 1 every time I got a hit then they would run to the free chase break random portal and hide until the tables were back up, I managed to get 1 kill by facecamping someone in the basement in the endgame, I think this was the most miserable match I've ever had, every chase was completely safe for the survivor as they had 2 mid chase heals and a free escape with the portals once the heals were used
