The final screen with 4 options to choose is what each player got, and you can pick any 1 option be it yours or one of the other players rewards. Recruitment chat usually has those running for the radiant relics.

Every 4 months a new prime releases with a new batch of relics, and 1 old prime gets vaulted and its batch of relics are removed from the drop tables. Those removed relics are the ones you might want to worry about if you dont have the prime parts from them. I think Xaku is the next to be vaulted and its relics removed from the drop tables. When relics are removed from the drop tables you get to keep the relics you farmed, but you wont be able to get more unless you buy them from players or wait a year or so for them to be purchasable with Aya from Varzia and their "Prime Resurgence". meaning they come back to the market eventually but not the drop tables. "Ukko" has all the Meso and Neo relics"Apollo" has all the Neo and Axi relics currently farmable.

Margulis didn’t actually erase operator’s mind, she made a clone that was meant to be a stand in/decoy to keep the real “operator” safe in hiding back on Tau and the clone had none of the original’s memories. This version lost their strong connection to the void to where Wally didn’t even know they existed and part of the quest on Tau is helping to gain a closer connection to the void again
