Then she just gets her turns back super fast and can keep doing action gauge down by nova-ing her normals. You can totally ignore her preemptive guard down and her stun and she's still a perfectly functional turn manipulation dps like Clarissa, which is fantastic because turn manipulation gets stronger the more of it you stack.

With Ceres added to my roster, I've finally found a place for Harley as a PVP tank.>Harley pushes entire enemy team back by 15%>Clarissa pushes one person back by 20%>Ceres gives the enemy team a 6% speed debuff, then pushes one person back by 20%>By this point there's a good chance its Harley's turn again so she can push one person back by 25%Just pick the most annoying fucker on the enemy side and make sure they never get a turn. And since you're bullying one person so much, there's also a good chance they'll die before they get to do anything. Once that happens, the team's high speed and better turn economy makes it a goddamn nightmare since you just pick a new person to bully and make them never have a turn either.>But who is your final character?Flex slot based on pre-ban and what the opponent is picking. Pushing enemies back enough for Bell to land a silence so they REALLY can't do shit is very funny though

Strategy battle is so terrible right now. Everyone is running WCarmen, WAsherah, a DPS carry, and either another DPS or defender. If they have an unprotected DPS you kill it, then kill WCarmen, their main DPS, and then take 20 turns to kill their remaining units who pose no risk, but you have to have enough units left over at that point or else you die to thunderstrike before you can finish them off.
Most average gacha I've played in a long while.

But again, she'd pretty much have to hit the 1250 STR cap and maybe get the stigmata of attack too, to outpace the actual DPS' attack stats.

Personally one of my favourites is that FGO has low rarity units that don't actually suck, while most other gacha games treat low rarity characters as pack filler garbage and phased out having them entirely so they only have SR and SSRs. Low rarity (anything that's not 4 or 5 star, aka gold) can still be good and some even reach the upper limits of the current tier list.

She's regularly beating bChar on the damage charts on neutral bosses for me (she does have a big limit break lead though) and it should only get better as enemy def stats get higher and she just blasts through it with 50% def pen on her ult. She also generates a lot of nova and break from her short cooldowns and fast turns. The only real downside is low number of waltz procs since she only normals once every four turns.

This makes it very difficult for someone to pick it up and catch up to veteran players. On top of the systems that makes it actually impossible to catch up to whales. However we're also seeing veterans quitting and quite often, to me this is a product of gacha addiction and the formula being tired. Veterans have seen it all. Star Savior is just a mash-up of x, y and z; they potentially already sunk years into x, y and/or z so why not just keep playing those? People pick up and drop gachas on a dime which makes it harder and harder for new games to enter the space. If you're already playing a few gachas, you don't actually want to play more. It's fun for the first month or two to grind a new game until you've got a solid endgame account but then you're at the point where all that's left is waiting for the drip feed, the next patch, the next opportunity to roll the character you want, etc. Drip feed and doing dailies is boring, even in your #1 main gacha but that game has the benefit of you investing years into it while Star Savior is "oh well I only lost a month or two on it," We had a Rosariatard admitting he proudly stuck up his nose because the next few girls had big boobs instead of small boobs. It's an infantile reason to drop a game but that's where we're at in the gacha space. If you want Star Savior to get better, you actually have to keep supporting it but the general attitude in gaming is meh should've put out a good game in the first place or someone else will pay for it on my behalf and I'll come back when it's better.

Its easy to pick up and play, its clear on what you have to do, and i don't mind waiting to collect resources over time. After all, a lot of gacha games are about slowly getting stronger and overcoming challenges you couldn't before and I like that.Then again, I am born with a physical condition that makes me extremely vulnerable to gacha games so I can't really expect this kind of mindset from anyone else.

Every cry about the CP system is basically saying I should be able to win now instead of waiting for the next level up. You also see a lot of where are the pve characters which translates to where's the absurd powercreep character that trivializes progress and becomes a must roll for all players. You should not be asking for that. But everyone is in such a rush to win faster and climb higher as if there's ever a climax to that aspect of the game. I yearn for the community that just enjoys the girls and wants alts for their favs to run 4 Muriel comps and such but it's just never about that and it makes no sense to me.

What would actually change if there were no CP penalties but the enemies were actually that hard? That was largely how Counterside worked outside of dimension trimming and it often meant using the right characters was more valuable than just using the most invested, which also strikes me as a good way to make sales when new units to roll are your main salesmen.
