I admit to being flawed as an individual and getting annoyed at this behavior. I have called people like this out in chat before this current ban and received a penalty for it. However, I can confidently say that of the times I have been penalized for bad language, it was always as a reaction to this type of antisocial and disruptive behavior from other players. I believe that it is unfair that your system allows players to act like this without any punishment, but punishes me for getting upset at them. If they were not toxic in the first place I would likely never have received any penalties, or at least significantly less. I therefore implore you to consider reworking your penalty system to discourage players from toxic behavior in-game that is not chat-related to improve the overall gameplay experience.
