I should at least have the CHANCE to kick his bear cast and than have a couple second window to kill him without his perma shieldwall.The tradeoff for having "permanent defensive cooldown stance" should be that people have the possibility of preventing it and catching you out.Druids cast forms in OG WoW, and you could talent instant down a ways in your tree.Thats how it should be. Bear druids can bear instantly, anyone else has to cast it. Cat druids can cat instantly anyone else has to cast it. and so on.
