I have tried swapping the weapons in the sets, I have tried using other spells, I have tried moving it to every single slot I have, I have taken off my shit until I don't even qualify for the skills, literally nothing is letting Elemental Invocation recognize it has ANY socketed skill in Weapon Set One.
