Yes, it's time consuming but the best practice is to finalize your load order before generating lods and then never changing anything for the next couple of playthroughs.

Asking here in the hopes someone has encountered whatever the hell this is. Got a bug where none of the shouts that affect an enemy do anything at all. The shout plays out, sounds, visual effects, projectiles, but theres no actual impact to it. Fire breath does no damage, Unrelenting force and cyclone don't even knock physics objects around. Whirlwind sprint and become ethereal and other buffs work fine. I truly have no clue what is causing this, I removed every shout-related mod I had in and it doesn't fix it. I never tried out the "spears" that are actually staves from reforging to the masses because I assumed they were supposed to be "throwing spears" that would jankily shoot themselves out as a projectile when cast.Turns out they're melee spears. When you cast them, it plays the spell-casting animation which involves you kind of thrusting the tip of the staff forward (sort of like a spear) and casts a localized damage effect around the point of the spear. Actually kind of genius. He could have just made it a 1h sword and then set up custom oar conditions for it but what would be the fun in that
