What flower equipment did you pick?I figured Aqua's Knife is kind of a wash with Black Shard, Seth's Specs additional iframes can reduce TP gain from grazing which kinda sucks (though its a minor issue I have, they're still good) and while Blue's shoes are really good I can't help but feel the Broken Scarf we got from Flowery will replace it as a cool Ralsei weapon. That said I have another save backed up before I picked the gear so I can always go back and change it up (I do think people are sleeping on Orange Gloves though, its a really good stat boost and 20% of Scythemare is going to be super nice if they work in Tired more as a mechanic which they seem to be hinting at with this and Blue Shoes).

The thing is that if you think too much about it, DR has a weird plot. You are thrust into the dark world and given this bum-ass prophecy on how you need to slay the bad guy because you just do. And you just follow it because you get an adventure out of it. Only at the end of Chapter 2 does Ralsei actually explain to you why the fountains are bad, but then you immediately also learn that you're controlling the bad guy, so the Knight starts kidnapping people so you still have a stake in what is happening and don't feel like you're just helping a person bring the end of the world. Then it turns out the story itself is the real villain because it seems to lead to a bad ending, but maybe it's really about Susie not wanting to let go of the dark world, meaning the entire ass game is about how the game should not exist. It's either the most genius metanarrative game of all time or Toby is a hackfraud.
