The biggest problem with Deltarune is that Chapter 1-2 feel like they come from a completely different more primitive game than Chapters 3 onward. Like it's very noticeable when replaying when suddenly the game starts adding movement mechanics that completely alter the way the game plays and feels but only after Chapter 3. Like it's good they're making the game the best it can be but it still just makes the whole experience feel a little inconsistent.
