It's rare for them to be accepted anywhere with open hands, it's rarer for anyone to waste a soultstone on them when they are extremely hard to come by, and even rarer for them to survive a soulstone bonding ritual. But it can happen. See Dark Son novella, the only Gav Thorpe work on the eldar that I honestly loved, in which an older incubi is given the chance of becoming a craftworlder by one of its autarchs. The soul purification is an emotional trip for him that's really well written.
