You know, the characters playing the game of life together is a moe classic. Hundreds of games have done it, there's so many set scenes you can have like when MC marries a girl in game and the other girls get jealous. You'd think you'd get further in the VN then chapter three before you run out of new ideas and have to rely on genre staples though.
