I'm thinking of getting back into the game mostly for the social aspect. Just the idea of going to venues, trying to meet people to do content with so that we can chat and be friends outside of the game too.(maybe even find some who live nearby so we can visit)I was never really into Roleplay or socializing for it's own sake, but I'd chat and joke with people in the same group, or just hanging around a city.I initially quit over being disenfranchised at my favorite class [BLM] being progressively destroyed over the course of Dawntrail. I've got a lot of hope for Evercold and Evolved mode though. Still, my other favorites never held a candle to 6.0 BLM, but I still enjoy them. There are some that I haven't leveled yet, so there's a chance I'll like them even more.I tried playing again on three separate occasions since I stopped playing consistently around mid 7.1. It's never stuck because I didn't feel like investing time into an actual goal since I wasn't sure if I'd keep playing. Classic self fulfilling prophecy.I'm also just weighing my want to sub again and socialize with my massive backlog of other games I'm trying to play.Thoughts? Anyone gone through something similar?
