I don’t like the summer event because it feels like the pilgrims were just there so shiftup could collect money from a 1% banner and a second Siren gacha. They were basically window dressing and you could’ve replaced them with any other members of the ark cast, and nothing would’ve changed. While Boom didn’t necessarily handle it well, it did ultimately feel like it was a Dorothy event more than anything else. Elegg had her focus, but by the end Dorothy was the center. This was just a Marciana event, and not a particularly necessary one. Cinderella and Siren did not need to be there, and I almost feel like with how they handled it maybe it would’ve been better that they weren’t, since it’s not all that likely they show up again unless they decide to use Siren to moneygrub again, which they do often, and she’s a future year’s 1% unit.
