Some quick tests with Ines (with my slightly above avg AM) and she's still ridiculous for any content that isn't Bounty Ops. In Onslaught she might not be the top descendant anymore but she's still a top 5, if not top 3. This was with the plasma bullet build.

I'm sure by tomorrow everyone will have figured this out, but this is my first time trying to make a build on my own, and I tried to make something with this Archangel one. I still need to fine-tune, but I don't know about this. Your 1 doesn't do enough damage and you're capped to three. You replenish by using your 3 to get one charge back for your 1. It's cooldown is long enough that once you run out of your charges, you will have to wait. You use your 1 multiple times until you get enough for your 4. The 4 is... okay? It doesn't do enough damage to warrant the back-and-forth you do with your 1 and 3. Blair just launches his 4 and does more damage in a wider area for so much less effort. And you have to keep in mind the MP cost at running all of this. The best, or at least more effective, strategy... is to just fly around by spamming 3. It uses less MP, does more consistent damage, and has a much larger area of effect. Previously, Serena wasn't a Crit Descendant, but just putting on Skill Insight and Concentration, your damage will scale even higher, considering there's multiple ticks of damage per ability cast with her 1 and 3. I've tried with and without Crit, and Crit just works better. Still doesn't help the MP cost and the overall juggling of her abilities, though.Does anyone know if Serena gets scaling with HP using Archangel? It doesn't seem so. I don't even know how people found that out, honestly, because the game doesn't give you a lot of information to work off.
