The Among Us reference, while not ideal in the sense it makes the timeline weirder, worked better than some ch5 references because the actual joke is that Susie doesn't know what the hell she's talking about and Noelle backpedals from cringe. It's a fun character moment. An example of an okay done one in ch5 is the Floradinn who says it saw Susie swish her tail to take leaves off a stump and sit down. Susie yells in horror because the Floradinn is telling us she does in fact have a tail. That actually ties into her character and her interactions with Orange and Ralsei this chapter, so it's better. Hacker guy just sputtering about Roblucks is boring. On the other hand, Hacker has kinda always sucked. Like, his ch2 dialogue is a joke about Twitter blue checks before Elon, I'm pretty sure. So this was not new territory for hacker.

A lot of the exciting "Potential Man" setups of Deltarune's mystery box exist pretty much unchanged from 3+4 era so there still should be a lot for people disappointed by chapter 5 to be excited by. Waiting a year to get chapter 5 with Vaguepost King kinda took the wind out of people's sails for those who like the lore stuff. There was less to discover about the mysteries in this chapter than in 3+4.

What is even the Knight's plan in chapter 3, why do they hit Toriel with a weird tractor beam?
